Growth & Development

Regardless of your current career stage, we provide a tailored growth path and coaching to help you achieve your desired goals, lifestyle, and dream clientele. If you are right out of school or not fully confident in your skill set, we offer a one-on-one training program to get you up to speed, working efficiently behind the chair, and building a clientele. We host in-salon educational events, and stylists can earn education vouchers to use at an out-of-salon event of their choosing.

Career opportunities

Front Desk Associate

First point of contact with clients, scheduling, checkouts, and maintaining the salon throughout the day.

Hourly pay


Front Desk Supervisor

Manages front desk operations and guest services, oversees inventory, and assists with small administrative duties. Acts as the point of contact for staff.

Stylist Assistant

  1. Student license.
  2. Prepares clients and shampoos, assists with blowouts and finishing styles. Shadows stylists while they perform services. Includes front desk associate duties.

Mentee

  1. Active Pa Cosmetology license required
  2. Part time (>20 hours per week ) to Full time ( 30+ hours per week) availability
  3. Paid an hourly wage with a clear structured path to earning commission.
  4. Graduate to Stylist upon completion of Mentee Training Program
  5. Ready to be trained in all aspects of the industry, able to assist stylists in day to day tasks.
  6. As each training segment and models are complete, will be able to perform those services on clients.


Stylist

  1. Current PA Cosmetology license
  2. Minimum 6 months as a mentee or 1+ years behind chair experience.
  3. Willing to be trained in Goldwell Color, and/or continuing education.
  4. Flexible Schedule Monday - Friday, minimum 15hours/2days
  5. Performance Based Commission Scale
  6. PTO earned after 1 year
  7. Education Stipends
  8. Ongoing support with a clear, unlimited growth path and achieving your idea of a thriving stylist lifestyle.


Specialist

  1. Current PA Cosmetology license
  2. At least 3years behind the chair experience with niching down in certain services/s
  3. Customized dream schedule
  4. Performance Based Commission Scale
  5. At least 2 certifications in niched specialty have been earned.
  6. Education stipends and additional PTO opportunities available.
